Wolfe Construction Group is a structural and foundation repair company serving the Charlotte, NC, greater area. After a few years in business, Wolfe wanted to explore marketing and social media efforts to grow their business. A staged approach to growth was essential to ensure the team could provide the same high-quality service to each new customer Wolfe was known for.
That’s when Wolfe partnered with me to research and develop a marketing and social media plan. Research uncovered opportunities in their industry with Pinterest as very few structural and foundation repair experts promoted content on the platform. A gap analysis determined keywords to target and build into a blog calendar for future content to drive traffic to the website.
First, new copy was crafted to improve the website’s search engine optimization (SEO). Then, we launched Google ads and a Facebook retargeting campaign. Two months later, social media kicked off with Facebook, and the first blog article went live the next month. Finally, about six months into the plan, Pinterest and YouTube launched. A monthly e-newsletter was curated and sent to customers sharing tips, news, and resources to protect their homes.
Results after a year include:
- 1,758% increase in ranking for new organic keywords
- 3,292% increase in website traffic
- Pinterest attracted 5,300 monthly viewers
- Facebook followers increased by 309%
- E-newsletters average a 30% open rate
- Paid ads hit targeted goals
